Deliveries and Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.shubiesurf.co.uk.
When you place an online order with us, it will be hand picked by our team here in Cornwall and sent to your door, wherever you are. To ensure the safe arrival of your goods, all of our shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. We’re no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020 until further notice.
We cannot offer free local pick up at this time.
We will try to process your order as soon as possible but please allow 2-3 working days for items to be dispatched.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Order Complete email once your order has shipped. If you would like to recieve your tracking number please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery normally take 2-3 days but can be more during busy periods. If your order has been delayed or missing please see our FAQ’s for more information.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Saints Screen Print Co Ltd (Fat Willy’s Cornwall) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Lost Items
Saints Screen Print Co Ltd (Fat Willy’s Cornwall) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact us as soon as possible with all your order details and photos if applicable. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
On occasions items may become lost in the post. Due to our couriers policy we must wait 10 working days before we can issue another item or offer a refund. Under no circumstances will we resend goods until this time period elapses. As parcels are sent with 3rd party couriers, we cannot specify a time of delivery nor can you request any special instructions. If you are still unsure please contact us to find out more information.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer a no quibble returns policy, if you send your item(s) back within 30 days we will refund you the amount you paid (excluding any postage paid). We can also offer an exchange, which ever you prefer, no questions asked. For Christmas orders received after 4 October 2020 the returns policy extends to 16 January 2021.
If your item develops a fault within 2 months of purchase please notify us and we will exchange or refund the item and postage (please provide a copy of you postage receipt) The fault must be a manufacturing fault as we cannot cover accidental damage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the item is faulty.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
